
Dr. Laure Bidaisee
Associate Doctor
Dr. Bidaisee completed her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Waterloo in 2009. Prior to studying Optometry, she attended McMaster University where she majored in Biochemistry and went on to obtain a Masters degree in Pharmacology and Physiology focusing on cancer research.
She completed several months of research on an eye disease called glaucoma and has since contributed to professional publications and presented at conferences such as the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO).
Dr. Bidaisee also had the opportunity to help serve underprivileged areas in Zihuatanejo, Mexico through an eyecare mission with I Care International.
When she is not practicing Optometry, she enjoys painting, drawing, crafts, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
