COVID-19 Response
All appointments need to be scheduled. Walk-in appointments may be accepted, if available. This protocol allows for physical distancing of patients and enough time for our staff to effectively disinfect the equipment, and various areas prior to your arrival.
As stated by the Ministry of Health and the College of Optometrists, all patients are required to wear a mask in health care settings including doctors’ offices until further notice. Failure to comply with these rules will result in loss of appointment and a $50 cancellation fee.
Keeping in line with physical distancing regulations, we ask that you arrive alone for your appointments, if possible, unless support is required.
Any individuals who have symptoms of COVID-19 or those who have been in contact with someone who has, or are immunocompromised, are advised to refrain from scheduling any appointments at this time.
The health and safety of our patients, staff and doctors is our main priority. We have implemented a safety protocol as directed by the College of Optometrists and the Ministry of Health.
Any individuals who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or any individuals who have been on contact with someone who has, are advised to refrain from scheduling any appointments at this time. We appreciate your co-operation.
